Eye protection

Ophthalmologists (EYE DOCTORS) believe pickleball and tennis related injuries can be prevented.  My dad is now retired and when I worked with him prior to pickleball/tennis, he shared with me this adage, "prevention is the best medicine".  Use eye protection to keep your eyes functioning well.  Purchase these $5 a pair or purchase your own,  How you buy them is not important...how you wear them is!
